PJ's Coffee of New Orleans Rosenberg Grand Opening

A little New Orleans flavor is planned for Reading Road. PJ's Coffee is building out a roughly 1,800-square-foot cafe inside the Town Center Village retail development, and October 31, 2026 is the planned grand-opening date. This date is not yet officially confirmed -- it comes from a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation building-permit filing listing an estimated construction completion date of October 30, 2026, not from a public announcement by PJ's Coffee. The opening time, store hours, and any grand-opening activities have not been published anywhere. Treat this as a save-the-date rather than a confirmed itinerary.
