Summer Lakes Community

Accessibility Statement

Effective August 24, 2026

Summer Lakes Community is committed to making this site usable by as many residents and neighbors as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

Our Goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification — we work toward it as the site grows, including things like meaningful alt text on images, keyboard-operable navigation and interactive elements, and sufficient color contrast.

Known Limitations

As with most sites, some content — such as images and graphics submitted by residents or businesses — may not fully meet this goal yet. We prioritize fixes as we become aware of them.

Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter something on this site that’s difficult to use because of a disability, tell us. Email hello@summerlakes.community with the page and a description of the problem, and we’ll work to fix it.
