Community Submission Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Residents and neighbors can submit information through our Submit Information form, including events, neighborhood news, school announcements, business listings, garage sales, lost and found pets, photos, community causes, and corrections to something we’ve published. This policy explains what we require from you and what happens after you submit something.

Nothing You Submit Publishes Automatically

Every submission goes into a private review queue. A site administrator reads it, verifies what can reasonably be verified, and decides whether to publish it — and in what form — before it ever appears anywhere on the site. We may edit submissions for length, clarity, or formatting. We may decline to publish a submission for any reason, including that we can’t verify it, it doesn’t fit the site, or space and timing don’t allow it.

What We Require From You

  • Your name and a valid email address, so we can follow up if needed.
  • Confirmation that you have the right to share the information and any photos you submit.

We do not publish your email address or phone number publicly — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

Accuracy and Corrections

We do our best to verify what we publish, but we rely in part on information submitted by residents and neighbors. If you spot something that’s wrong, you can submit a correction through the same form, or see our Correction Policy.

Automated and Bulk Submissions

This form is for real residents and neighbors submitting real information. We use automated tools to filter spam and abusive submissions, and we may block or ignore submissions that appear automated, bulk, or made in bad faith.
